Ennis Wedding Catering Services
While our kitchen may sit in the heart of the Gallatin Valley, we’ve been catering to Ennis and the surrounding areas for years. As seasoned catering veterans, we’re equipped to accommodate any venue in the area. We focus on the details so you can spend time with your guests, whether it’s imbibing at Willie’s Distillery, panning for gold in the very much alive ghost town of Virginia City, or fly fishing the Madison River the days before you say, “I do.”
Curious about your specific Ennis venue? Just ask! We go just about anywhere to accommodate our clients.

Caring for Your Entire Ennis Celebration
Great wedding catering begins long before we even set foot in the kitchen. We put dozens, sometimes hundreds of hours, into coordinating your Ennis event so that every detail runs smoothly, from the moment your guests arrive to the moment we tear down.
We can also work with you to make sure you and your guests don’t need to think about how to coordinate dining in between all the activities leading up to your big day. While guests are paddleboarding at Cliff and Wade Lake, or relaxing in the nearby Norris Hot Springs, we’ll work with you to make sure grab-n-go lunches are available. You can enjoy connecting with friends and family and leave the details to us.
“ I’ve been to enough weddings to know that the food isn’t always the most memorable or best part of the night. So when we met with Emily at Food for Thought for a tasting, and were blown away by the flavors and freshness of the menu, we were still convinced it probably wouldn’t be as good on the night of our wedding. Amazingly, it was better than we remembered! We received so many compliments about the food, it clearly exceeded our guests’ expectations, and what more can you ask for? A big thank you to Emily and the chef. Oh, and the pastry chef! You must try their pastries and desserts…Yum!”
