Choose your selections directly off the menu that best suits the needs of your group. All food items are thoroughly cooked, and simply need a gentle warming in the oven, or very light preparation before serving.
All orders are made fresh per your individual order, packaged in disposable pans, and clearly labeled with simple instructions.
Please allow a minimum of 10 full days for order placement and fulfillment.
Please note we do have limited availability within the summer months, and there may be periods of time where we cannot process take and heat orders.

We used FFT to cater a small birthday dinner for 12 people in Big Sky last month. It was extremely easy to work with Emily and select our menu for the dinner. The garlic mashed potatoes, mac’n’cheese and braised bison in pan jus with crispy onions were absolutely delicious. FFT provided a menu card and simple reheating instructions. I ordered food for 15- 20 to pick up and heat myself. It was ready on time and very clear and simple to follow directions were included. Then we tasted it and… Oh my. I can’t say enough about the incredible flavors. The strawberry salad with the most amazing dressing I have ever had, the delectable watermelon salad, ribs and even chicken that melted in my mouth. There aren’t enough descriptors to convey how good this was. As with graduation parties, far more people showed up and there was enough for everyone! The key lime tart, the graduate’s favorite, was a particular hit. Thank you!
